I'm Kathy MacKinnon. I'm a certified Wellness Coach through Emory University.

My mission is to help you self-discover new approaches and support you along the way. Creating positive behavior change can be hard.   I'll help you build confidence to take that first step and take action on plans co-created with you. I believe that small wins add up over time through self-care. This means investing time in yourself to improve your physical or emotional health.

I was introduced to coaching for the first time in 2021 for stress management and relationship management.  It was my big aha moment. I benefitted so much from the experience, I decided to become certified myself so I could help others. I've also struggled with managing my weight from time to time and I am a strong advocate for ongoing learning and experimentation as we age. 

​

​I'm a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a cat mom.  In my free time, I love being outside and staying active. This ranges from hiking, kayaking, yoga, or golfing.
